While Americans faced rising crime, economic instability, and mounting challenges at home, the Biden Administration prioritized banning menthol cigarettes and promoting heroin injection sites. Americans for Consumer Protection pushed back—mobilizing voters, educating the public, and exposing the administration’s misguided priorities.
Our efforts helped generate widespread opposition to the proposed menthol ban, and in early 2025, the FDA officially withdrew the rule before it ever took effect. This outcome marked a clear victory for personal freedom, common sense, and the power of grassroots advocacy to stop government overreach.
