The conservative nonprofit, Building America’s Future (BAF), today announced the closing spot of the group’s Chaos at the Border campaign highlighting the Biden-Harris Administration’s last-ditch effort to allow illegal immigrants to vote in the 2024 election.
The ad will be backed by a five-figure digital buy and will run in the rust belt states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania targeting low-propensity Republican voters in the final week ahead of the election.
“Clearing the Way” serves as the final spot of the group’s more than $2 million “Chaos at the Border” campaign highlighting the disastrous results caused by the Biden-Harris border crisis and Harris’ leadership as “Border Czar.”

Democrats have a plan to win this election.
But it’s not by earning your vote,
Instead, they’re clearing the way for illegal immigrants to cast ballots.

The ad highlights the Biden-Harris opposition to the SAVE Act and the ongoing effort by the left’s efforts in Virginia to remove noncitizens from the state’s voter rolls. Earlier this month, the Biden-Harris Department of Justice sued Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin and the Department of Elections for removing noncitizens from the voter rolls. A Democrat-appointed Judge ordered the state to restore the 1,600 noncitizens to the voter rolls, and three Democrat-appointed judges on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld that decision. Virginia has appealed to the Supreme Court to overturn this decision.
BACKGROUND
- One of the first ads of the Chaos at the Border campaign, “Run”, went viral after it aired during President Biden’s State of the Union address and CNN refused to play it on their network. In June, the group released “Again”, a follow up from the viral “Run” ad that highlighted murders by illegal immigrants and pinned the blame on the Biden Administration. In August, BAF released the “#SayTheirNames” campaign highlighting the innocent lives that have been lost across the country because of Harris’ refusal to address the ongoing crisis at the southern border.
The group has also run ads highlighting Democrat opposition to the SAVE Act and their support of healthcare for illegal immigrants.
